Maor Vered is the founder of MV – Service Excellence & Consulting, providing organizations with guidance on field operations, predictive and prescriptive service models, and customer success transformation. He is also Service Director at IMS-Services, leading the company’s expansion in Europe and Africa while combining strategic oversight with hands-on technical expertise.

With over 15 years of international experience in customer success, service management, and industrial systems, Maor has built a career at the intersection of strategy and execution. He holds a B.Eng. in Engineering from Coventry University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, specializing in Global Management and Business Consulting.

Maor spent 13 years at Husky Injection Molding Systems, where he advanced through leadership roles managing multinational service teams, developing SLA frameworks, and executing large-scale refurbishment and transformation projects across Europe, Israel, Africa, and China. He later served as Global Customer Success Manager at SolarEdge, acting as the primary liaison between global customers and senior leadership, driving escalations, strategic initiatives, and customer-focused process improvements.

Recognized for his ability to blend strategic vision with deep technical and operational expertise, Maor works closely with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to design and implement service strategies that optimize performance, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver measurable business growth.
